Apex Mythos is a streetwear brand based in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, operating the online store at apexmythos.store. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted, hashed form by our authentication provider) when you create an account.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password or access to your other Google data.
• Profile and addresses: phone number and shipping addresses you save or enter at checkout.
• Orders: products, sizes, colours, quantities, prices, delivery details, order status, and tracking information.
• Payments: payments are processed by Paystack. We store the payment reference, amount, and status. We never see or store your full card details.
• Wishlist: products you save to your wishlist.
• Messages and waitlist: information you submit through our contact form or waitlist signup, such as your name, email address, and message.

• To create and manage your account and sign you in, including via Google.
• To process, fulfil, deliver, and track your orders.
• To confirm and verify payments with Paystack.
• To send order, account, and delivery-related emails.
• To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
• To notify you about launches if you joined our waitlist.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud or misuse.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember the items in your bag. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store:

• Paystack — to process payments.
• Google — only when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our hosting, database, and authentication providers — to operate the website.
• Delivery partners — to ship your orders.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Access to your data is restricted: customers can only see their own account and orders, and only authorised Apex Mythos administrators can manage orders. Connections to our site are encrypted with HTTPS. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We keep your account information while your account is active, and order and payment records as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us; some records may be retained where the law requires.

Under applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. You can update your profile and addresses from your account at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
