TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of apexmythos.store, operated by Apex Mythos, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may sign up with email and password or with Google.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are confirmed at checkout.
• Products are subject to availability. Items marked "Coming Soon" or "Sold Out" cannot be ordered.
• If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is verified and the order is confirmed. Stock is checked again when you place your order, and we may decline or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a payment cannot be verified.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details. An order is only marked as paid after we verify the payment directly with Paystack.

• We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by couriers or events beyond our control.
• Please give a correct delivery address and phone number and be available to receive your order. You can follow your order status from your account.

To ask to cancel an order, return an item, or exchange a size, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Paystack. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other applicable Nigerian law.

All Apex Mythos products sold on this website are genuine. The Apex Mythos name, logo, designs, photos and website content belong to Apex Mythos and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

When using the website, you must not:

• Break the law or use the site for fraud.
• Try to access other people's accounts or restricted areas of the site.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or use bots to scrape it.
• Buy products for unauthorised resale using false information.

To the extent permitted by law, Apex Mythos is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
